Catchment-

Mark from Environment Southland came to school today to talk about what happens to our water in the water cycle. He had a nifty model to illustrate this. Some of our key words were catchment, water cycle.

We had to pretend we were the rain and look at the effects of what we put down our drains and streams...

Very motivated learners for the beginning of term 3!

What a great start we have had to the beginning of the term.... Just a sneak look into our class while the kids are working.
